The project Data Literacy Jena (DaLiJe) is located at the Michael Stifel Center for Data-Driven & Simulation Science at the University of Jena and aims to develop offers for students to strengthen their data literacy skills. In this context, we provide different materials and courses, including self-learning courses, tutorials, workshops and the Data Literacy certificate program.
In our current project "Python Learning Steps" we are developing an online self-learning course on Python for beginners. The course is intended to provide basic skills in using Python as well as subject-specific practical examples for more in-depth learning.
We are looking for a student assistant to support the development of content and materials as well as the technical implementation of the course (40 hours per month, 6 months).
